Join us in the heart of Italy at harvest time to experience ancient hill towns, an exquisite countryside of olive, cypress, and vine, and an abundance of peaceful places to meditate and reflect. The spirit of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance is felt in the magnificent edifices and the incomparable art that we will discover on our explorations. Traditional Tuscan food and wine will nourish the body, the picturesque union of townscape and landscape will fill the eye and our mindful journey will soothe the soul.
What is a Mindful Journey?
“Mindful” simply means practicing "how" we perceive the beauty and depth of the world. We can become more mindful by using meditation to slow down an internal dialogue we often have with ourselves. When travelling, a simple meditation practice once a day for 30 minutes helps us change the way we perceive ourselves and the world around us. Many evenings we gather together for reflection - sharing our insights and experiences with each other.
